The Vieques Youth Leadership Initiative is pleased to announce its 2006-2007 Board of Directors with

Our priorities for VYLI’s third year are to institutionalize our year-round program of cultural-entrepreneurship, technology and youth leadership; incorporate VYLI as its own 501c3; conduct board development training; recruit and train staff; secure steady funding base; and strengthen partnerships with business, foundations, government, non-profit organizations and schools in Vieques, Puerto Rico, U.S. other Caribbean islands and the world.
